In this role you will be working as an Aerospace Engineer for a client that works in the Aerospace Engineering industry. This position will be responsible for being a senior member of the aerodynamic design team doing consultative support of performance prediction and design analysis.
This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.
Job Requirements
- PhD in relevant field - Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering or related field
- Subject Matter Expert in Aerodynamics and Aerosciences, for fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. Experience with classical and computational aerodynamics, aero-elasticity and flight vehicle analysis
- External aerodynamics experience necessary
- Ability to support a multitude of large and small organizations developing advanced aircraft
- Experience with military project preferred
- Expertise in conceptual and preliminary aerodynamics
