Technium is currently seeking highly motivated, technically savvy individuals to join our 247 Network and Security
Operations Center. This position is fully remote.
Work on the front lines, identifying, and troubleshooting network and cyber security incidents for our
growing customer base

Duties and Responsibilities
Follow all Network Operation Engineer policies, processes, and procedures
Communicate professionally and effectively with customersand teammembers
Monitor the Alert Console and identify potentialcustomer impactingissues
Effectivelyutilize the Technium Toolsto gather informationon theissue
Document the issue bycreating and accurately completing an IncidentTicket
Review the applicable Knowledge articles for rapid resolution steps if applicable
Escalate complex network and security incidents to senior engineers as needed
Attend regular internal and external trainingsessions
Work towards development goals in line with your individual development plan
Skills and Qualifications
Technical skills required : Switching, Routing, Next-Generation Firewalls including Cisco, Checkpoint, and
Palo Alto
Ability to work independently to resolveincidents
Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
Ability to monitor, tune and troubleshootsystems
Strong customer focus. Must work well with customers of varying levels of technical expertise in high-
pressure situations and complex environments
Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments
Excellent organizational skills
Strong desire and ability to quickly learn, become competent in and apply new skills
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
