Techno is seeking an accomplished Architect to join our project team in Jersey City, NJ. In this role, you will play a crucial role in reviewing architectural documents for tenant projects, conducting design audits, and ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and technical standards.
Job Description :
- Review and analyze architectural construction documents, including drawings, calculations, life safety analyses, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and technical standards.
- Coordinate and consolidate review comments from various technical disciplines.
- Prepare memoranda to communicate review findings with internal teams.
- Attend meetings with tenant Architects / Engineers to discuss feedback and resolve issues.
- Act as a liaison between tenants, facilities, and internal application reviewers to ensure efficient project processing.
- Utilize various software tools, including Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and Trimble, for project management and documentation.
