Technocracy Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated team players to deliver Amazon packages. As a Delivery Associate Helper, your goal will be to ensure every package reaches the customer’s door on time. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing a first-class delivery experience while prioritizing safety and time management.
17 years or older
We do not test for THC in drug screening
Job Type: seasonal
Flexible Shifts: Ranging from 8-12 hours per day, available 7 days a week, 361 days a year
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Pay $17 per hour
- Weekly Paychecks
- Paid Training
- Paid Overtime $37.88 per OT hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Use a hand-held device for delivery route information and customer delivery instructions
- Navigate various routes throughout the delivery area
- Comfortably drive and work in varying weather conditions
- Be comfortable loading and unloading cargo vans
- Be customer-obsessed and strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers
Physical Requirements:
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Enter and exit the van, and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift
Basic Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (Note: We do not test for THC)
