Deskside Support Personnel
Location: Washington, DC- Hybrid, local candidates from DMV areas preferred
Duration: Long term
Candidate must have an Active Secret clearance
- On-site technical support to serve Government personnel at facilities
- Coordinate with end users to schedule on-site technical support visits
- Update inventory and configuration management records at point of service
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents for end user devices
- Restore end user data from backup
- Maintain knowledge sharing to ensure familiarity with the environment
