- USER MANAGEMENT : CREATE, MODIFY AND DEACTIVATE USER ACCOUNTS, PROFILES, AND PERMISSION SETS AS NEEDED. ENSURE USER ACCESS AND SECURITY ARE MAINTAINED ACCORDING TO BEST PRACTICES.
- SANDBOX MANAGEMENT : CREATE AND MANAGE SANDBOX ENVIRONMENTS FOR DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE PURPOSES. COLLABORATE WITH THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM TO PROMOTE CODE MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES BETWEEN ENVIRONMENTS.
- WORKFLOW MONITORING : MONITOR WORKFLOW QUEUES AND AUTOMATION PROCESSES TO ENSURE THEY ARE FUNCTIONING AS INTENDED. TROUBLESHOOT AND RESOLVE AND WORKFLOW-RELATED ISSUES PROMPTLY.
- EXTERNAL INTEGRATIONS : COLLABORATE WITH TEAMS RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTERNAL INTEGRATIONS, SUCH AS AWS CONNECT, SERVICE NOW, AND AZURE AD. CONFIGURE AND MAINTAIN THESE
- INTEGRATIONS TO ENSURE DATA SYNCHRONIZATION AND SYSTEM INTEROPERABILITY.
IDENTITY PROVIDER CONFIGURATION : CONFIGURE AND MAINTAIN IDENTITY PROVIDERS WITH A FOCUS AN AZURE AD, FOR AUTHENTICATION AND SINGLE SIGN ON (SSO) FUNCTIONALITY WITHIN SALESFORCE. ENSURE SECURE AND EFFICIENT ACCESS MANAGEMENT.
