Location : Juno Beach, Florida (5 days work from client office)
Job description :
- 8 years' experience in Salesforce projects
- Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce projects from conception to deployment, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Architect and design complex Salesforce solutions leveraging best practices, patterns, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce configurations, automations, workflows, and integrations using tools like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Process Builder, and Salesforce APIs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Oversee Salesforce testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage and maintain Salesforce environments (Sandbox, Development, Production).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and trends.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on best practices for Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce.
- Document technical solutions and processes for future reference.
