Strong knowledge and experience (2 years) managing / developing / administering a large scale ServiceNow environment

Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Job Description :
Create, maintain, and enhance forms, workflows, cloud integration and third-party integrations to the ServiceNow platform. Including automation and / or additional self-service features and functions.
Incorporate ServiceNow capabilities to create a unified framework for multi-cloud resource provisioning and governance.
Utilize ServiceNow toolset to enhance workflow for process automation.
Support the overall incident, problem, change management, asset management, project management, and security processes as needed.
Onboard additional departments and expansion of IT Self-Service Portal functionality.
Monitor the overall platform health to proactively identify possible areas of concern, establish and perform regular maintenance tasks.
Work with end users to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS :
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or related certifications
