We are looking for a Store Manager with a keen eye for luxury and design, a genuine interest in our brand, and a real passion for sport and wellness.
You need previous retail management experience, exceptional customer-service skills, as well as a commercial focus and a consultative sales approach.

As a Store Manager, you’ll drive your team to achieve targets, find new ways to maximize sales and profit, organize training activities to help further develop your team, and make sure that everything in the store looks inviting at all times;

Responsibilities
Direct the FlagShip/Store/Corner in order to achieve sales objectives ensuring a supreme customer experience
Be proactive in attracting new customers, promoting and organizing events in order to generate new business opportunities
Participate and involve sales teams in design events and exhibitions
Nurture relationships with clients, in-store and outside the store implementing client database activities
Promote a unique and memorable shopping experience through customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, selling skills and attitude
Ensure the participation of the store team by providing training sessions in order to develop and strengthen their knowledge on different topics such as collections, selling techniques, brand and inspiration stories
Liaise with other departments in order to guarantee an excellent service to the customers
Be responsible for the good maintenance, the safe environment, the good functioning of the store as well as the respect of visual merchandising and excellent grooming standards
Guarantee profound knowledge on brand activities, locations, events and marketing activities
Facilitate and promote the cooperation across Consumer Sales Channel (Retail, Teleselling and Field Sales)
Requirements
8 years’ experience as Store Manager in luxury retail environment, preferably in the design field or working with luxury products
Managerial experience with an emphasis on developing a business
Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media
Ability to think strategically and a demonstrable entrepreneurial/hands-on approach
Bold sense of initiative
Ability to acquire some expertise in Store operation applications (Sales Force, SAP)
Passion for design, luxury goods, fashion, made in Italy, art, sports and wellness lifestyle
Strong team leadership
Ability to create and cultivate a network
Passion for sports, enthusiasm, humility, pro-activity, and ethics complete the desired profile
