Responsibilities:
- Manage projects related to Data and Big Data, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Utilize Rally to track project progress, manage metrics, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
- Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Oversee day-to-day tracking and management of team workloads, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational priorities.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Data and Big Data environments.
- Expertise with Rally for managing metrics and project tracking.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications.
- Familiarity with cloud-based big data platforms and tools.
- Experience in leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
