Business Development Manager Roles and Responsibilities
· Prospect new business within the assigned territory
· Develop, manage and grow assigned customers
· Engage the Business Development Representative (BDR) and Marketing Department to increase revenue and maximize profit
· Develop, manage and close opportunity pipeline
· Resolve key customer issues and complaints by utilizing corporate resources i.e General Management, Inside Sales, Purchasing, Quality and Sourcing
· Anticipate key customer changes and improvements that are initiated by customer or Allegis
· Manage communications between customers and internal teams
· Create account plan with sales management to improve customer results
· Negotiate contracts, stocking agreements and pricing with the customer(s)
· Leverage internal resources to ensure the highest quality of customer service
· Help ensure all customer needs and deliverables are met
· Conduct Continuous Improvement (CIR) reviews to establish goals and report progress
· Provide standard product and application assistance
· Participate in campaigns developed by management
Need to have Mechanical Bachelors Degree
