Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with associates, paralegals, vendors and clients as necessary.
- Prepare and file court pleadings, research and compile information, draft letters and other correspondences, and proofread documents.
- Answer phone calls and emails, arrange meetings and travel and maintain calendar deadlines.
- Organize and file documents to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Must be detail oriented and perform tasks accurately as required.
- Possess excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and have a flexible attitude towards daily tasks.
- Ask appropriate questions and take direction.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to work with all levels of staff and clients
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products, legal software and litigation case management programs.
