TSC is a growing leader in aerospace and defense, and we are excited to expand our team with the addition of a Technical Recruiter. This role will play a key part in attracting top talent and supporting one or more corporate functions and / or divisions.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to :
- Provide full lifecycle recruiting support for engineering and corporate positions
- Develop relationships with passive and active candidates for current and future needs.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and professionalism
- Utilize Workday ATS to track candidates and maintain accurate records.
- Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to source talent
- Collaborate with recruiting stakeholders to understand business groups and their specific needs.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and interview processes to stay competitive
