Ideal candidate would have 3 years experience in IT/Telecom systems to include data cabling, networks, servers/racks, VOIP, POS, CCTV, Security and Audio systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in addressing and resolving technical issues for clients by identifying hardware problems and recommending solutions. You will work closely with the technical support, logistics, and service dispatch teams to ensure a seamless process from identifying hardware needs to providing clear expectations to clients.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing technical problems from the tech support team, identifying defective or outdated hardware, and gathering necessary hardware and pricing information.
- Communicating with clients to explain the issue, propose hardware solutions, and secure approval for the necessary replacements or upgrades.
- Coordinating with clients on service expectations and maintaining consistent communication throughout the process.
- Creating and tracking opportunities in the system to document hardware costs and service details, ensuring smooth logistics and procurement.
- Preparing detailed scope of work plans for the service team, providing clear instructions for field technicians to follow in resolving client issues.
- Partnering with the Logistics Team to handle the return of defective hardware under warranty to the appropriate entities (distributors, manufacturers, or warehouse).
- Collaborating with the technical support team to provide real time guidance and troubleshooting assistance as issues are addressed in the field.
