Essential FunctionsStrategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer servicesDirect, optimize and coordinate full order cycleKeep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiencyArrange operational areas, catalog goods, plan workflows and process shipmentsSupervise, coach and facilitate training of technical and warehouse workforce in the remote officeResolve any arising internal or external incidents or complaintsWorks with HR department to ensure safety standards are being metMeet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targetsAnalyze and ensure accuracy of vendor invoices, coordinating corrections as neededGenerate commercial invoices for international shipmentsMonitor parts flow from initial request to fulfillmentPlan and forecast inventory to meet service level agreementsLiaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumersCoordinate with OEM and non-OEM manufacturers on acquiring new partsLead inventory analysis as determined by company managementReport and analyze data to maintain metrics, assess performance and implement improvementsMay be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events, specific projects, or program changesGenerate and contribute to SOP documentationTravel to company HQ in Cleveland, OH 2-4 times per yearEmployee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisorQualificationsBS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent work experienceProficient in standard logistics softwareExperience in an ERP (NetSuite preferred) is idealProficient in Microsoft Windows OS.
