Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Project Manager to oversee key projects for our client in the U.S. The role requires expertise in Salesforce ecosystems, Sales Cloud, and Communications Cloud. The project scope involves Omni-Channel Personalized Interactions, supporting customer outreach and enhancing customer experience as features and hardware are retired in 2025.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Landscape and Sales Cloud.
- Ability to work in Agile environments with demonstrated project execution skills.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Communications Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Understanding of Einstein Analytics and its application in business intelligence.
- Knowledge of Telecommunication/Networking technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project deliverables, cost, and schedule to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Track progress during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and report key milestones.
- Develop risk mitigation plans, allocate resources effectively, and prepare stakeholder presentations.
- Provide regular status reporting to senior management.
- Work in an Agile environment, ensuring efficient coordination across cross-functional teams.
