Construction Site Coordination
The Capital Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and driving schedules within the field, ensuring work is planned at least 6 weeks in advance and completed according to contract requirements.
This role involves managing various resources, coordinating work assignments, and evaluating contractor performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on project progress, costs, and safety metrics.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience managing large capital expenditure projects through all phases of construction
- PMP, PMI, GAC, CCM, CMCI, CMAA, or similar certifications
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR training
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and BIM360
