Job title: Controls Engineer ( RS Logix and Wonderware)

Position: Long term contract

Control and Programming engineer (Onsite Field Verification /programming /start up support)

Job Description:

• Control /Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering Experience working in the packing and manufacturing for 3-5 years.
• Experience for Electrical Drawing knowledge from Substation, MCC, Electrical Panels, and Drawings such as single line diagrams ( SLDs) / Elementary Drawings (EDs), ELDB (Electrical Lighting Distribution Board) drawings.
• Knowledge of instruments, valves, panels, junction boxes (JB), and cabling etc.
• Hands on experience in software Rockwell - RS Logix 500, Studio 5000, Factory talk view ME.
• Hand on experience on PLC and HMI programming – Siemens / Rockwell / Honeywell/Mitsubishi.
• Knowledge of Design and Development of HMI, SCADA application.
• Skills in Control Architecture / ladder diagram /Programming are essential.
• Wonderware Intouch / PanelView programming experience is essential.
• Deep Knowledge of Electrical & control Engineering Drawing symbols for electrical & control devices.
• Knowledge of Control panel design is essential.
• He should be able to identify the different components in Control panel.
• Knowledge and experience in calibration and loop checking of field instruments, both from the DCS and field sides, ensuring proper system functionality
• Knowledge of various Communication networks - Ethernet, Device net, IO link is essential.
• Experience of IQ/OQ/PQ, VAT & FAT testing.
• Plant & process awareness – Should have worked in process plan in Food, Beverages, CPG, Soaps and Detergent plant.
• He should be dynamic and experienced of working in different work environments.
• Should have experience of working in complete lifecycle of project – right from conceptual design – detail design – procurement support, construction support- start up support for control and programming.
