Role : Salesforce Technical Lead
Location : Richmond, Virginia

TechOhana are supporting the growth of a fast-paced software business based in Richmond.
They focus on building customized software for enterprise manufacturing businesses to ensure they operate seamlessly and without compromise.
This is an ever-expanding business looking to continue to scale having recently attained series B funding. They have a technical team of 7 and the current engineering Manager / CTO is required to scale the business processes and vision henc the requirement for a hands-on technical team lead.
This is a split responsibility role with some management and leadership whilst remaining hands-on with code reviews and some build tasks whilst the team continues to grow. This role is hybrid in Richmond to ensure the team are able to effortlessly work together.
Requirements
- 5 years Salesforce engineering expertise
- experience leading small teams
- Ability to conduct code reviews
- hands-on with building API integrations
- advanced understanding of technical Salesforce modules to discuss with Architects
- Salesforce certified
- Must have a Valid US VISA (No Sponsorship)
