We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in AI-powered chatbot development, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning (ML). This role will focus on building, training, and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs), developing robust APIs, and integrating chatbots into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and fine-tune LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, etc.) for various NLP tasks.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve model responses by integrating external knowledge bases.
- Optimize and deploy custom AI models in production environments using MLOps best practices.
- Design scalable data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB) to enhance retrieval-based AI applications.
- Improve AI models through transfer learning, few-shot learning, and prompt engineering.
- Deploy AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Implement reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) to improve AI interactions.
- Ensure models are interpretable, efficient, and aligned with responsible AI principles.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluations to enhance model accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience in fine-tuning transformer-based models (GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, etc.).
- Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector-based search techniques.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) and open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.).
- Proficiency in deploying AI models on cloud platforms and managing MLOps pipelines.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with voice-based AI chatbots (Speech-to-Text/TTS).
- Knowledge of streaming AI, WebSockets, and real-time chatbot interactions.
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance.
- Prior experience working on secure, large-scale AI systems in government or enterprise environments.
