Senior Information Technology Project Manager

We’re on the lookout for a Sr IT Project Manager to orchestrate and drive complex Digital Transformation and AI initiatives that redefine how businesses operate. As the Sr IT Project Manager, you'll own end-to-end project execution – from strategy to deployment – ensuring tight alignment between product, engineering, and business. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional AI and Digital projects from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution
• Define roadmaps, key milestones, KPIs, and success metrics – driving clarity and accountability at every step
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to build cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value
• Champion Agile methodologies: own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous delivery for rapid innovation cycles
• Manage scope and change control to ensure that programs remain focused while adapting to evolving business needs
• Anticipate and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and strategic dimensions – staying proactive, not reactive
• Act as a strategic bridge between Product, Engineering, and Executive stakeholders, ensuring crystal-clear communication and alignment
• Drive program governance, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement to keep everyone informed, inspired, and invested.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading AI OR Digital Transformation projects from initiation to successful delivery
• Demonstrated ability to launch products or platforms from 0 to 1, including MVP definition, pilot execution, and scaled rollout
• Hands-on expertise in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and continuous delivery
• Deep knowledge of scope management, risk mitigation, change control, and aligning program execution with business outcomes
• Proficient in creating program roadmaps, defining OKRs, and driving cross-team alignment
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with rapid decision-making and evolving priorities
• Proven ability to collaborate with VP/C-level stakeholders and translate strategy into actionable execution plans
• Strong client-facing presence – building trust, uncovering opportunities, and growing relationships through insight and empathy
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills – able to align diverse teams and drive consensus without authority
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM/PSM, or SAFe Agilist strongly preferred
