Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in North Brunswick, NJ for a Delivery Head at TechProjects.

Skills Knowledge, awareness ( 3 / 10 minimum expected)

Technical Skills : When client talk about the following skills should be in a position to receive the information , communicate back with client and with the recruitment teams

Skills ( Sample) : SQL, Python, Big data, Oracle , Google cloud, Security, networking , Open source java technologies, Angular and ingeneral many technologies, tools, software packages awareness ,ERPS,Cloud technologies etc

JOB DUTIES :

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the staffing company.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Understand the client's business goals, technical environment, and staffing requirements.
  • Address client concerns promptly and provide solutions to maintain client satisfaction.

Service Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee the delivery of IT staffing solutions to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Monitor Team performance, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and address any gaps in service delivery to mitigate risks.

    • Team Management

  • Manage and mentor on-site IT staff, ensuring they meet performance and professional development goals.
  • Handle resource allocation and resolve conflicts or issues within the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

    • Strategic Planning and Coordination

  • Collaborate with the client's leadership to identify upcoming needs and opportunities.
  • Forecast staffing requirements based on project pipelines and business goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of IT resources into the client’s organizational structure.

    • Technical Expertise

  • Act as a technical advisor for both the client and internal teams.
  • Participate in technical discussions and assist in problem-solving for critical issues.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to deliver results.

    • Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, resource utilization, and service quality.
  • Document best practices, lessons learned, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback to the staffing company on client requirements and market trends.

    • Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for expanding the staffing company’s presence within the client organization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to propose new solutions or upsell services.
  • Assist in contract renewals and negotiations to maintain long-term engagements.
