Job Summary
As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will develop and implement compliance policies, conduct internal audits, and provide guidance on regulatory issues to senior management.
Duties
- Develop and maintain compliance programs to prevent and detect violations of legal guidelines
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and ensure company-wide adherence
- Collaborate with various departments to address compliance issues and provide training as needed
- Investigate any reported violations and implement measures to prevent future occurrences
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ACH, COSO, Bank Secrecy Act, and other relevant regulations
- Experience in corporate accounting, financial auditing, fraud prevention detection, or public accounting
- Familiarity with technical accounting principles and financial concepts
- Exceptional financial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
