TechSolve is hiring a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer Manager who excels at problem-solving, is optimistic, and motivated to deliver meaningful impact and value creation for our clients. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivery solutions that help manufacturers overcome their challenges and drive continuous improvement. As the leader of our Engineering Services, you'll play a critical role in advancing areas such as robotics and automation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader who can bridge gaps with connections and solutions and work with all levels of staff within a manufacturing operation. Your key responsibilities will be helping clients optimize the use of production resources - people, machines, materials, and information - to support their overall business strategy. You should be excited about troubleshooting and overcoming challenges with unfamiliar technologies, viewing them as opportunities to innovate and provide valuable solutions.
Essential Functions Includes But Not Limited To
Support TechSolve's Engineering Services in the areas of CNC machining, manual tools, and other advanced manufacturing related technologies (robotics, automation, RFID etc.)
Develop and implement customized solutions that address clients' manufacturing inefficiencies, quality issues, or productivity gaps.
Relationship development with key stakeholders
Manufacturing process engineering
Procedure and process optimization
Demonstrated track record of experience delivering meaningful impact and creation of value with stakeholders. Experience with CAD/CAM software (such as Mastercam).
Proficiency in machining operations and machining process development
Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, showcasing the impact of implemented solutions and ongoing progress.
Stay updated on emerging manufacturing technologies, industry trends, and best practices and implement knowledge-sharing practices within the team and contribute to TechSolve's thought leadership in manufacturing consulting.

Five or more years' experience in manufacturing
