The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and environmental standards. Detailed job description:
- Oversee the operation of Chiller, Compressor, Water treatment systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor and maintain all equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement maintenance schedules and record keeping
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Work with vendors and contractors for repairs and service.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols, training, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in project planning and execution for facility upgrades and new installations.
- RCCA - Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings within facility operations.
Mandatory Skills and requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of [5 to 7] years of experience in facility management or maintenance, with a focus on chiller systems, compressors, and water treatment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance related to facility operations.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, maintenance techniques, and engineering software.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) certification, or equivalent is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in water treatment and chiller operations preferred.
