Job Description:
Job Summary: The Order to Cash Process Specialist will be responsible for developing and optimizing intercompany processes and workflows, as well as writing requirements for Billing and Disputes users to configure an enterprise ticketing tool. This role requires a deep understanding of standard order to cash processes and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Optimize Intercompany Processes: Design, implement, and continuously improve intercompany processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Order to Cash Process Mapping and Improvement: Oversee the entire order to cash cycle, and document processes for best practices ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, invoicing, and collections.
Requirements Documentation: Write detailed requirements for a standard ticketing system to support multi-team workflows and issue resolution.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of processes.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on intercompany processes and the ticketing system.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in order to cash processes or strong background in organizational optimization and process development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems and ERP software.
