Job Description-
● Scope of Work
○ Provide mobile concession device support to customer employees and contractors for incident resolution during U.S. business hours.
○ Provide support for testing android and iOS Operating Systems
○ Provide support for Mobile VPN
○ Provide support for Mobile Threat Management
○ Provide support for Lines of Business Mobile Devices
● Tasks
○ Troubleshoot Workspace One administrative and Intelligent Hub related issues on all concession (company owned) mobile devices
○ Troubleshoot mobile application issues related to published apps on all concession (company owned) mobile devices
○ Publish Knowledge Base (KB) articles and maintain content per standards
○ Provide weekly time spent on specific issues/projects in spreadsheet form to supervisor
Mobile VPN
● Tasks
○ Troubleshoot Workspace One administrative and Intelligent Hub related issues related to VMWare Tunnel and/or Secure Access VPN apps on all concession (company owned) mobile devices and systems
○ Maintain initial KB article documentation. Update articles as requested.
Mobile Threat Management
● Tasks
○ Troubleshoot and provide assistance for Lookout application issues on all concession (company owned) mobile devices
○ Update Mobile Threat Management related KB articles and maintain content per standards
○ Provide weekly time spent working on Lookout app related problems in spreadsheet form to supervisor every Friday, or within 24 hrs of returning to work.
Business Line Mobile Support
Door To Door (D2D)
● Tasks
○ Troubleshoot and provide assistance for D2D devices and software issues related to MDM platform.
○ Update Door to Door KB articles and maintain content per standards
○ Provide weekly time spent related testing devices in spreadsheet form to supervisor every Friday, or within 24 hrs of returning to work.

Retail
● Tasks
○ Troubleshoot and provide assistance for android, iOS devices and software issues.
○ Update Retail related KB articles and maintain content per standards
○ Provide weekly time spent assisting retail ops development in spreadsheet form to supervisor every Friday, or within 24 hrs of returning to work.
ACE
● Tasks
○ Troubleshoot and provide assistance for android, iOS devices and software issues related to ACE users.
○ Update ACE Retail related KB articles and maintain content per standards
○ Provide weekly time spent on ACE project in spreadsheet form to supervisor every Friday, or within 24 hrs of returning to work.
B2B
● Tasks
○ Troubleshoot and provide assistance for Business to Business iOS devices and software issues.
○ Update B2B related KB articles and maintain content per standards
○ Provide weekly time spent assisting B2B team in spreadsheet form to supervisor every Friday, or within 24 hrs of returning to work.
Mobile Application Publishing Support
Scope of work
● Update/Push existing internal mobile apps on demand, as requested in both the Production and Development environments.
Tasks
● Sign mobile apps for distribution
● Review of Smart Groups for correct delivery to assigned groups
● Review of Smart Tags for correct access and to assigned groups
● Creation of new Smart Tag for publishing, as required
● Validate with Senior Engineer prior to distribution
● Publish mobile apps as requested in time frame as delivered by Senior Engineer
Mobile Beta OS & Vendor Client Testing
● Scope of Work
○ HCL personnel will test BETA versions of iOS/iPADOS, Android, VMware, and Lookout software for use on mobile devices
● Tasks
○ Monitor daily new mobile OS availability via industry sites such as macrumors.com, 9to5mac.com, 9to5Google.com, and androidauthority.com
○ Monitor daily vendor beta client availability from Vendors (VMware / Lookout)
○ Alert team of new Beta OS & client updates
○ Initiate testing with Mobility testing team
○ Track testing results & inform Manager of issues
○ Inform Team to Update KB article: Minimum Requirements for Android and Apple OS versions (KB0013345) when new OS version is verified and ready for distribution
