Key Responsibilities
- Develop, interpret, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI performance reports for Dealer Chat departments.
- Update performance dashboards and maintain a reporting pipeline calendar.
- Leverage XM Discover tools to supplement findings and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in quarterly analytics meetings to share best practices and identify challenges.
- Analyze historical data to shape measurable objectives and targets for annual planning.
- Utilize Power BI to create visual data representations and enhance reporting.
- Assist in defining KPIs, adjusting goals, and supporting forecasting teams with scheduling audits.
- Facilitate research and analytics training, fostering a metrics-based approach to decision-making.
- Participate in revenue-generating strategy meetings, providing data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI and data best practices.
- C programming experience and familiarity with data gathering, cleansing, and transformation.
- Understanding of data integration tools such as Knime and SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to synthesize data from multiple systems for actionable insights.
- Advanced technical and analytical abilities, with experience in statistical modeling and testing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
- Experience supporting brand quality, warranty, and data analytics initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (Hadoop, Cassandra) and Databricks.
- Experience with PowerApps and other business intelligence tools (Excel, Cognos).
- Proficiency with databases such as Access, Oracle, and DB2.
