TechTrade Solutions is hiring an Inside Sales Administrative Assistant responsible for providing support to our Sales and Operations departments by entering Sales and Purchase Orders, sending invoices, providing customer service, and coordinating returns. Requirements
- 2-5 years of inside sales experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Very organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask
- Able to communicate with both vendors and customers in a professional manner
- Basic knowledge of the order fulfillment process
Job Responsibilities
- Enter Sales Orders and invoice customers
- Create Purchase Orders and contact vendors
- Create shipping labels for outbound orders
- Work with customers to troubleshoot issues and coordinate returns
- Manage inventory and pricing reports
Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Location: Northwest Houston, 249 & Beltway 8
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. No weekends.
