Job Description:
TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is looking for a Global Electronics Sourcing Agent. Reporting to a Sourcing Manager for Global Electronics, this role will assist in several key aspects of strategic sourcing and purchasing execution for the TTi Ryobi and Floorcare business unit. The role will assist the Sourcing Manager in global demand coordination and procurement of critical electronic semiconductor components such as MCUs, ICs, MOSFETs, Gate Drivers and an array of sensors.
Requirements/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or electrical or electronics engineering required.
- Experience sourcing electronic or other components in consumer industry (1 years)
- Relocation to the headquarters of TTI Ryobi BU in Anderson, SC is required.
- 5-10% estimated domestic and international travel
Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver
- Provides ongoing vendor management support in the form of forecasts, engineering collaboration, quality problem resolution, price negotiations, and related issues.
- Monitors and analyzes supplier capacity, global demand, and vendor quality.
- Supports escalated supply shortages.
- Identifies and implements supply base improvement opportunities to support both short term and long-term production/product needs.

Strategy
- Supports the building of long-term commercial relationships with strategic suppliers while delivering to the business metrics.
- Builds internal stakeholder relationships to understand business procurement needs.
- Completes data analyses and generates reports to drive spend visibility and identify opportunities for supply base optimization.
- Participates in the development, review, and approval of supplier selection methodologies (category strategy).
- Develop expertise in applicable manufacturing processes and capabilities, materials, applications, and industry trends.

Optimize Value
- Research market dynamics, cost drivers, supplier business models, historical spend to enhance negotiations for assigned categories and contracts.
- Conducts, analyzes, and shares cost break down analysis to aide negotiations of per unit cost; drives best overall cost and commercial terms.
- Supports PPV reviews, standard setting, commodity, and financial reviews.
- Understands the changing priorities of the business and prioritizes accordingly (ex. Supply shortages, Excess Inventory).

Innovation Sourcing
- Supports new product development projects.
- Proactively coordinates the supplier selection and qualification process.
- Partner with VE teams on process, supplier, and capacity development.
- Prepares and executes RFQs and analyzes quotations and bids.
