Job Title: Application Support Lead
Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Job description
- Production deployment planning & co-ordination as per Agile sprint requirements
- Deployment of on-prem and cloud-based products.
- Identify and address efficiency improvements without compromising the security and controls
- Actively participate in all Agile sprint ceremonies
- Liaison between Production Operations and the Tribe
- Planning, co-ordination and execution of Operational Readiness Testing
- Ready to take additional responsibilities as needed in the sprints.
- Participate in Innovation and Automation opportunities
- Be the gatekeeper for the product quality, risk mitigation and compliance as per Agile Control
- Framework
- Collaborate with squad to enable DevOps journey
- Actively participate to Build, Run and maintain the CI/CD pipeline with the squad.
Skills:
- Ansible Professional (4-5 years)
- JIRA, Confluence and office management tools Professional (4-5 years)
- RHEL Platform Professional (4-5 years)
- Shell, Perl, Python scripting Professional (4-5 years)
- Autonomous, driven, with strong ability to quickly adapt and respond to change. Yes
- Customer oriented and quality mindset we continually strive to deliver true customer value. Yes
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Yes
