Job Title: Business Analyst
Duration: Long Term
Location: Remote
At least 5 years relevant experience required. The Business Analyst will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day requirements, configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the National Development Deployment Tools, supporting tools critical for the project management of network build activities.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serve as system administrator for the MagentaBuilt, Scopeworker and/or Talon environments
* Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
* Work independently with members of the user community to define and document functional and technical requirements
* Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on deployment tools and other technical systems
* Serve as a liaison between business units and the technical, IT team.
* Partner with IT development teams to review requirements, answer questions and test solutions
* Analyze potential solutions and recommend improvements.
* Testing and Validation: Define acceptance criteria, create test cases, lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that developed software meets the requirements and business needs.
* Provide user support, including responding to user tickets and providing user training. Develop training materials, document process updates and assist with stakeholder adoption.
Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc)
Experience with OneVizion, Talon or Scopeworker preferred

Meeting with customers to gather requirements, writing requirements, testing enhancements, creating test cases or training materials, answering user questions and providing user support
