What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contractor - Project Manager Talent Management position at TechWish?
Position open to Hybrid based out of HQ.
Promote individual skill-development in project planning using ADO via individual and team conversations, as needed
Schedule and facilitate sprint ceremonies including stand up (weekly), refinement, planning, and retrospectives.
Utilize and/or update team dashboard to track key metrics and share with managers, team leader, and/or team members
Define process and timeline for team members to prepare for division Quarterly Business Reviews
Recommend additional project management activities to meet team objectives
Partner with division Systems & Alignment team on new vendor requests as needed
In partnership with project team leads, guide project teams by developing and coordinating work plans, milestones, and deliverables
Oversee project progress using ADO to ensure project schedule, documentation, and updates are in compliance with agreed upon ITS project management requirements
Identify and minimize project risks or constraints that would impact project deliverables based on project knowledge and project management expertise
Build an in-depth understanding of project team objectives, measurable outcomes, deliverables and success criteria, and project team and advisor roles and responsibilities.
Serve as primary point of contact for project management for ITS Performance Management and Talent Management Practices teams. Provide timely and accurate information about project status, and provide regular updates for the ITS project team and HR department across multiple mediums (ADO, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Participate in ITS Project Manager meetings. Participate actively as a representative of the project teams; contribute information and ideas; identify action items for the project teams; and lead their completion. Build relationships with other project team leads and exchange and apply best practices to strengthen overall ITS project management practices.
Participate in ITS Extended Leadership team meetings. Participate actively as a representative of the project teams, identify action items for the project teams, and oversee their completion
Schedule and facilitate project team meetings, develop agendas and/or materials, facilitate discussions, manage team capacity (informing leadership if capacity is consistently over or under), and takes notes
Oversee file storage on SharePoint and ensure that final versions are located there
Proactively recommend and deliver additional project management activities to meet project objectives in alignment with our agile ways of working

- For Talent Management: Seven-person team with two sub-teams Performance Management and Talent Management Practices led by managers.

- For workstreams: Support the two managers who are leading project teams comprised of their direct reports, as well as upwards of 15 team members and advisors from other HR areas. This work is a very significant subset of their overall team work.
