We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven AVP of Sales to spearhead business development efforts for our Infrastructure Engineering group. This is a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and strengthening our presence in the global market. With a proven track record of delivering Infrastructure Engineering solutions to high-growth companies, including some of the most successful unicorns in San Francisco, we are at the forefront of innovation and scalability.
As the AVP of Sales, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base, deepening relationships with strategic accounts, and positioning the organization as a preferred partner for Infrastructure Engineering services.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets for the Infrastructure Engineering vertical.
Market Penetration : Identify and engage with potential clients, focusing on fast-growing tech companies, unicorns, and enterprises requiring advanced Infrastructure Engineering services.
Client Engagement : Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
Business Development : Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts.
Collaboration : Partner with delivery and engineering teams to align client needs with technical capabilities, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Thought Leadership : Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote expertise in Infrastructure Engineering.
Performance Management : Monitor key sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to the executive team on market trends and business performance.
Qualifications & Experience :
Sales Leadership : 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the technology consulting or Infrastructure Engineering domain.
Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of Infrastructure Engineering services, including cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, and modern software delivery practices(NOT Hardware focused).
