For this exciting position, we are specifically targeting students who have a background in Business or Computer Science who have an interest in data analytics, process improvement, and project management. Depending on the needs and location of the team, you will need to work PDT or MDT or relocate to a specific office (site-based). You must also currently be a student enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution and will be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op term (you will also be returning back to the post-secondary institution once the co-op term is completed). Proof of a valid work permit will also be required, if applicable.

- Support program "wiring and metrics" reporting and processes
- Engage and collaborate across multiple teams to collect data
- Refine reporting to continuously improve program management
- Consolidate Lesson Learnt from completed projects
- Prepare PowerBI reports for Project Data from various systems
- Develop automated processes for Data quality verification and cleansing
- Review and update stakeholder personas, review and update training materials and reference guides, data analysis, perform system/automation hygiene checks
- Background in Business or Computer Science is required
- Experience using Excel, PowerBI, SQL for data analysis and cleansing is an asset
- Able to work effectively independently as well as part of the team
- Proven ability to learn innovative technologies and platforms quickly, accurately, and efficiently
- Ability to communicate with precision in a technical environment
- Able to articulate complex concepts clearly and in a way a diverse audience would understand

Salary : $3,900 - $4,900
