For this exciting position, we are specifically targeting students who have a background in Business or Computer Science with a knowledge of business analysis applied to applications. This outstanding individual will have the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience eliciting and analyzing requirements, documenting business processes, supporting project coordination, and much more! Depending on the needs and location of the team, you will need to work PDT or MDT or relocate to a specific office (site-based). You must also currently be a student enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution and will be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op term (you will also be returning back to the post-secondary institution once the co-op term is completed). Proof of a valid work permit will also be required, if applicable.

- Assist in project coordination tasks not limited to scheduling meetings, tracking project status, and variance analysis
- Facilitate the review and updating of training materials and reference guides
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Computer Science is required
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle using agile frameworks or traditional (linear) approaches
- Previous experience using M365 tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Experience in diagramming tools such as MS Visio or Miro
- Ability to learn and apply business analysis concepts as described in the IIBA BABOK
- Proven ability to communicate with precision in a technical environment
- Ability to collaborate with team members
- Capacity to break down problems and identify practical solutions
- Ability to clearly articulate sophisticated technological concepts to a diverse audience, including those with no technical background
- Motivated to work efficiently independently as well as part of the team
- A strong “make it happen”, positive, adaptable, and constructive work ethic
- Motivated and driven to learn
- Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Spanish fluency is an asset
Salary : $3,900 - $4,900
