The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in project controls, with proficiency in budgeting, cash flow development, and Primavera schedule management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project cost estimates and forecasts, ensuring variance analysis and explanations.
- Analyze project costs, including budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals, and forecasts, providing forecast-to-budget, estimate-to-actual, and risk analysis.
- Maintain the status of the detailed project cost estimate/forecast, encompassing all phases of project execution from engineering to startup activities.
- Develop and update integrated detailed project Primavera schedules, incorporating all phases of project execution on multiple projects, ensuring Primavera schedule integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred.
- 5 years of work experience in project controls or 2 years as a Project Control Analyst I.
- Experience with engineering and construction project controls preferred.
