The Service Coordinator Will Be Responsible For

• Operate as the funnel of information for the Service Department
• Collaborate closely with all company departments to make sure standard practices are being executed
• Coordinate service projects from administrative setup through billing ensuring all aspects are organized and run smoothly
• Technologically savvy and quick to learn new programs
• Familiar with Excel and Navision
• Help clients get access to information and solutions they need
• Adapt to client and vendors Finance Department interfaces and requirements
• Identify efficiencies and inefficiencies
• Operate as a team player
• Forward thinking and a problem solver
• Identify opportunities for new business and growth within the department
• Generate revenue by ensuring clients are properly billed
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Verify and record transactions
• Resolve account discrepancies
• Securing client payments and follow up with customers or suppliers with outstanding payments
