Our team has years of experience building and operating business-critical machine learning systems at leading tech companies like Uber, Google, Meta, Airbnb, Lyft, and Twitter.

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive demand for Tecton’s cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. If you live within a 30-mile radius from one of our Offices in San Francisco and New York, you may be required to work in-office two days per week. For those located further away, the role is fully remote, enabling flexibility while contributing to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers within key verticals (e.g., financial services, technology, e-commerce) using tools like sales navigator, lead iq, zoom info, and more.
  • Initial Outreach: Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to introduce Tecton’s platform, highlighting key benefits tailored to the prospect's challenges.
  • Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and qualify them as potential customers for Tecton’s sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to develop strategies for targeting high-value accounts and support their efforts to close deals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead qualification in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Market Feedback: Share insights from prospect interactions with the marketing and product teams to improve messaging and product positioning.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on Tecton’s offerings, AI/ML industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience working in enterprise sales development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in outreach and presentations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach.io, or LeadIQ is a plus; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
  • Passion for technology and how AI/ML can transform businesses.
The estimated US base salary range for this position is $67,900 - $95,200 annually for employees based within California & New York. This role is eligible to participate in Tecton’s Commission Plan and the estimated total on-target annual earnings is $97,000 - $136,000 OTE we offer competitive equity & comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, 401(K), flexible paid time off, 10 paid holidays each calendar year, sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws. Individual compensation packages are based on multiple factors such as location, level, role scope, and complexity, as well as additional job-related factors such as skills, experience, and expertise.
