What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solution Architect - Salesforce position at Tectonic?
Tectonic focuses on understanding our client's challenges and developing business solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their business capabilities by providing them the tools and knowledge needed to get the best use out of the Salesforce Platform with a focus on Public Sector Solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Drives long-term planning and strategic direction for the Salesforce platform for our clients based on the customer’s business requirements
- Lead Requirements Gathering Workshops and produce the roadmap, BRD / User Stories, and in translating business requirements into a technical solution
- Responsible for designing the overall solution, including but not limited to utilizing Salesforce's out-of-the-box features and declarative methods as much as possible, integrating with secondary systems, and migrating the datasets.
- Help the customers to run the UAT sessions and conduct end-user training.
- Experience in projects involving integrations using middleware is a plus.
- Global experience and working in a cross-cultural environment are a plus.
- Some travel may be required.
