Description
TEDCO Toys is currently seeking a talented, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to help expand our production output and streamline our processes.
Work schedule 7:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday (40 paid per week)

Specific Duties:
- Write and develop all injection molding and zinc diecasting process setup sheets and instructions.
- Set molding schedule according to Business needs.
- Able to set and process injection molds or zinc molds in molding machines according to scheduling priorities.
- Suggest and implement productivity improvement projects within our molding and assembly work centers.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of material and parts according to usage.
- Learn all purchased materials used and leverage the expertise of our vendors to try and improve.
- Learn areas of technology that are currently used and new that is needed as they become known.
- Manage and support ongoing daily activity.
- Able to identify quality defects and understand the processes needed to resolve them.
- Troubleshoot nonconforming parts.
- Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance on building or equipment.
- Abide by company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly workplace.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Injection Molding experience of 3 years
- Diecasting experience a plus but not required
- Production planning and management skills
Must pass drug screening and background check.
Salary : $43,500 - $55,100
