Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage daily manufacturing operations of our market entry and commercial manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Solid Oral Dosage/Tablet Manufacturing and Warehouse Inventory Management.

• Manage and supervise all production and warehouse activities.
• Perform duties in a compliant manner and ensure that teams adhere to site SOP's, EHS standards and guidelines.
• Support successful implementation of new products and processes into the facility.
• Develop work assignments for Manufacturing Associates to meet production schedules.
• Review GMP documents and initiate/support/lead cross-functional planning.

Requirements:

• BS/BA or Associates Degree with 5 or more years of directly related experience.
• 5-7 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• 3 years of manufacturing supervisory/manager experience.
• Good knowledge of Solid Oral Dosage/Tablet Manufacturing and Warehouse Inventory Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong quality/compliance orientation and track record.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and occasionally.
