Job Description
The Manufacturing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily manufacturing operations of our market entry and commercial manufacturing facility. This includes overseeing all production and warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the implementation of new products and processes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage Manufacturing Associates
- Conduct granulations, tablet compression, encapsulation, tablet coating, hot melt extrusion, and putting finished product on stability
- Manage warehouse inventory
- Develop and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- 3 years of manufacturing supervisory/manager experience or similar leadership role
- Good knowledge of Solid Oral Dosage/Tablet Manufacturing
- Warehouse Inventory Management experience
