Rate : $55 / hr
Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trainer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will develop and deliver high-quality training materials for healthcare professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the latest clinical knowledge and best practices. Your expertise will support our mission to enhance patient care through effective education and training.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, update, and deliver training materials tailored to healthcare professionals.
Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Assess training needs and customize programs to improve clinical competencies.
Provide coaching and mentorship to healthcare staff to enhance performance and professional development.
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
Required Education & Experience :
Minimum of two (2) years of direct training experience.
Proven experience developing and delivering training materials for healthcare professionals.
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous experience training Autism Healthcare professionals but NOT required.
Salary : $55
