Project Manager – Construction
Location: Travel Required | Full-Time
Compensation: Based on experience
We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager with construction experience to lead commercial projects from planning through close-out. This role manages schedules, budgets, installations, and communication with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure successful, on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee project startup, billing, and closeout
- Manage site readiness, inspections, and installation schedules
- Review drawings, contracts, and change orders
- Track costs and maintain documentation in Procore (required)
Requirements
- 3 years of project management experience (construction preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office; Procore experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred
