Family Nurse Practitioner needed for Employee Health Wellness Center in Columbia, South Carolina.
The Family Nurse Practitioner provides services to clinic patients following adopted clinical protocols under the supervision of licensed physicians. Takes complete histories and performs physical examinations in order to provide a health maintenance plan. Diagnoses and treats common illnesses and injuries under established protocols.
85 hourly for General NP / $90 hourly for Family NP
M-Wed 7a-5p, Thur / Fr 8a-12p
9 week contract position with possible extension
Ages 2 and up - Family Health OR Primary Care required
EPIC experience preferred
Requirements :
Active license as a Nurse Practitioner in South Carolina
Primary Care experience
MUST HAVE a DEA in North Carolina
At least ONE YEAR of acute care work experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting
