Executive Administrative Assistant
Location : Corporate Office (100% Onsite)
Schedule : Full-time, Monday – Friday, with on-call rotation for evenings, early mornings, and weekends.
Pay Rate : $29.00 - $32.50 / hr
Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Manage C-suite calendars, set up virtual meetings (Zoom, TEAMS), and assist with boardroom technology.
Handle executive-level document production and meeting minutes.
Serve as first point of contact for leadership, including the President / CEO.
Requirements :
Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5 years in administrative roles, including travel coordination.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), scheduling, and modern office technology.
Preferred : Healthcare experience, project / event planning, and supporting executive leadership.
Assessment will be required for typing, Excel, PowerPoint, scheduling, and technology proficiency
Salary : $29 - $33
