Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Contract
We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient medical clinic in Ochelata, Oklahoma.
Job Summary
This is a $110/hour contract position that involves working with patients from pediatric to adult. The ideal candidate will have the ability to diagnose, treat and prescribe for various conditions including anxiety/depression, weight management, sore throat, sinus infections, coughs and colds, minor injuries, sprains, acute/sick care, immunizations and allergy injections, lab draws and biometrics screenings.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients for various conditions
- Prescribe medications as needed
- Conduct lab draws and biometrics screenings
- Provide immunizations and allergy injections
- Care for patients with acute/sick care needs
Requirements
- Active license as a Nurse Practitioner in Oklahoma
- Oklahoma DEA license
- Certification as an APRN through the AANP or ANCC
- At least 2 years of acute care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p (or 4x10 hour shifts if preferred)
