Key Details:
Location: Onsite in Grand Rapids, MIExperience Required: 2 years in IT support (Windows OS, hardware break/fix, network cabling, printers, etc.)
Certifications Required: CompTIA A
Preferred: Security and Network
Shift: Normal day shift hours with occasional rotating on-call duties (once every 5-7 weeks)

Experience with ticketing systems (Jira is a plus!)Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
