Our client in their San Francisco, CA office is looking for an associate in our Labor & Employment Department. The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of relevant experience.
What you must have :
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
- Experience in defending class and PAGA litigation matters. Experience with class and representatives’ actions preferred.
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- Experience drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
- Experience drafting and arguing motions, and deposition experience.
- Experience in employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Trial experience a plus but not required.
Salary / Rate Range : $225,000 – $260,000
